How to Apply for Latest University of Malakand Jobs ?
- Desirous candidates may apply through Online Job Portal available on University of Malakand Website (http://cms.uom.edu.pk/user/loginpage).
- The applicants, for the positions of Professor & Associate Professor are required to deposit Rs. 11000/- (applications processing fee Rs.5000 & Publication evaluation fee Rs. 6000), and Rs. 5000/- for the positions of Assistant Professor (non-refundable) (on prescribed challan generated through CMS) in the online account of National Bank of Pakistan, University of Malakand, No. PK84NBPA1990003066927027.
- The applicants for the positions of Professor & Associate Professor are required to upload all his/her publications in one PDF file along with submission of four sets of properly bind hard copies of all publications for the purpose of evaluation.
- In the case of Tourism and Hotel Management, if graduates in Tourism and Hotel Management are not available then the candidates having degrees in Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing and Archaeology will be considered.
- Last date for online application is 26/03/2025.
- Incomplete application or not properly submitted through the online portal or application without uploading required documents and required fee shall not be entertained.
- No additional documents (Certificates, Degree, Publications etc.) not claimed in the application form shall not be entertained after the closing date at any stage of the recruitment process.
- After online applying, the candidates are required to submit original bank deposit slip, printed copy of the application along with attested copies of all documents and two recent attested passport size photographs to Meetings Section, Office of the Registrar till 11/04/2025 otherwise the online application shall not be entertained and shall stand as cancelled without any intimation.Candidates serving in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organizations/Institutions will have to provide NOC from their respective employer along with the printed application form otherwise such application shall not be entertained and shall stand as cancelled without any intimation.
- All fresh induction will be made under CP Fund policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, wherever applicable and will be processed/governed as per Statutes in vogue.
- The candidates having a foreign degree/certificate will have to provide equivalency certificate from HEC/IBCC, as the case may be.
- The applicants are advised to keep visiting the University website for information/updates regarding test, scrutiny, demonstration and interview.
- Further, correspondence with the applicants will be made through cell number or email address or through postal address vide letters.
- All the applicants for the position(s) of Assistant Professor shall appear in the screening test to be conducted by Educational Testing & Evaluation Agency (ETEA) and will be allowed provisionally for the same test, while eligibility for the post applied will be determined after scrutiny of the documents of only those candidates who have passed the written/screening test.
- The University will not be responsible for any delay or non-receipt of SMS, call, email, letters etc. for test or interview etc. (if any) and the matter should be settled with the post office, courier service or Testing Agency as the case may be.
- The degree obtained under Semester System with CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 OR the degree obtained under annual system with 60% marks shall be considered as first-class degree.
- No TA/DA will be paid for test/interview.
- The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of positions or to cancel them without showing any reason.
- Errors/omissions (if any) will be rectified by the University as per the rules.
- Age limit shall be from 18 to 45 years.
